We frequently have openings available in the following positions:

PROPERTY MANAGERS are the primary contacts with Boards of Directors/Managers, Homeowners, and private contractors serving each community. This active position includes inspecting the assigned communities on a regular basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board and annual meetings (usually in the evenings), presentation of all financials to clients.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS / BOOKKEEPERS provide full accounting services. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, interaction with title and insurance companies and brokers, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of cash, accrual and modified-accrual financial reports on a monthly basis, follow up on delinquent accounts, collections and interaction with CPA’s during audits. Experience using the Yardi system is required.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASSISTANTS and different types of clerical positions. Clerical, involving: filing, copying, and processing of mail/faxes in and out. Secretarial: receptionists, data entry, processing of mailings, and other related functions.
