Union Bank Homeowner Association Services Payment Options

We are excited to advise you that we offer you the services of Union Bank Homeowner Association Services, one of the industry's leading providers of banking and payment processing solutions.

Union Bank's proprietary technology platform offers you convenient options to pay monthly charges online, including:

  • eCheck
  • Credit Card

You always have the option to pay your monthly charges by sending a check and payment coupon to the address listed on your remittance statement. However, paying electronically gives you several advantages that we believe you will appreciate:

  • Free and easy to use (with exception of credit card transactions, which results in a $14.95 convenience fee and a $5,000 maximum per transaction)
  • Saves time, it only takes a minute
  • No envelopes, stamps, or checks
  • Secure – no threat of theft or loss from mailboxes

Below is a listing of available payment options for your reference.

eCheck Online Payment

How it works:

Set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck through Union Bank.

What to do:

  1. Login to www.hoabankservices.com (you will be automatically routed to UnionBank)
  2. Under Online Payments for Homeowners; select "Make a Payment"
  3. Login as a Returning User with your username and password if you have previously created an account. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  4. If you are a new user, you will need to Create an Account and continue to follow the instructions on the screen. If you do not wish to create an account, choose Make a One Time Payment and follow the instructions on the screen. Your Association Name is your official property name, and your Homeowner Account Number starts with a "t"- both are reflected on your monthly billing statement.

Credit Card Online Payment

How it works:

Set up a one-time or recurring payment using Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover®.

What to do:

  1. Login to www.hoabankservices.com (you will be automatically routed to UnionBank)
  2. Select Online Payments for Homeowners; select "Make a Payment"
  3. Choose Make a One Time Payment.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen. Your Association Name is your official property name, and your Homeowner Account Number starts with a "t"- both are reflected on your monthly billing statement. There is a $14.95 convenience fee and $5,000 maximum payment amount per transaction.
    - The setup of recurring credit card payments is not an available option.

Mail Checks and Payment Coupons to the Lockbox Processing Center

How it works:

Mail a check and your provided coupon 7 to 10 business days before the due date.

What to do:

  1. Write a check payable to your Association. Your Association Name is your official property name, and your Homeowner Account Number starts with a "t"- both are reflected on your monthly billing statement. Mail the check and payment coupon to the remittance address listed on the coupon.

Your Bank's Online Bill Payment Service

How it works:

Set up your community association as a payee on your bank's online payment system.

What to do:

  1. Please complete your bill pay setup exactly as follows:
  • Payee:          Official Property Name (as it is captioned on your billing statement)
  • Address:       P.O. Box 531307, Atlanta, GA 30353-1307
  • Address 2:    c/o Alexander Wolf & Co.

Important: Please reference your Homeowner Account Number that starts with a "t" as reflected on your monthly billing statement.
